Wonderful photographs. Brought back memories of my early years in Portland.
Corey's photography is first rate and he brings an artist's sensibility to his work.

I lived on Park Street the summer after graduating from law school back in 1967 and I remember what a beautiful street it was at the time. The buildings were graceful brick town houses adorned with wrought iron fretwork. Similar to what one sees on Boston's Beacon Hill. Most of them were rooming houses at the time.

Unfortunately, the City of Portland allowed an ugly yellow brick bus station to be built in the neighborhood a few years earlier and it stuck out like a sore thumb.
